What it means

The account you confirmed isn't the one linked to this DROPSZ account. Use the same account on the platform and try again.

What to do

Read the status in the response. A 4xx status means the request was not accepted: check the request and what the message says, fix it and send it again. A 5xx status means the problem is on the DROPSZ side: try again after a moment, and contact support with the code if it keeps happening.
